My lovely husband and I celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary in January. We knew we wanted to treat ourselves to a few days away and there was no other destination on our minds other than Italy – we spent time in Rome and Venice before the girls were born and it’s where we got engaged, a little part of us belongs to Italy . I had it in my head that my 30 Minutes for March would be shot whilst in Florence and though I took hundreds of photos, the most memorable for me are these, shot from Piazzale Michelangelo with a spectacular, panoramic view over this beautiful city. Hundreds of tourists gather here to view the sun setting and together with live music from exceptionally good buskers, it was a real party atmosphere and an evening neither of us will ever forget.
