Spring Pinks for a Rustic, Beatles inspired Barn wedding at The Channels Estate.

Stacey & Ashley were wed in April and they chose the gorgeous Channels Estate near Chelmsford, Essex as their venue. Stacey had her heart set on an outdoor ceremony as Channels is set up beautifully for this, and, though it rained during morning prep, it cleared up in time for everything to work out as planned and cuddled up in blankets provided by the thoughtful bride, the guests enjoyed a very emotional ceremony with vows written by both the Bride and Groom.

After the ceremony (and a glass of champers!) we headed out into the grounds to take a few portraits!

Stacey & Ashley love to party hard, and that really came across during the speeches, which were everything you’d hope for, emotional, hilarious and, to get the party going, each guest was given a shot once the speeches were over! They’d also booked an incredible 5 piece brass band as a surprise, who made their entrance half way through the First Dance and the party really did ramp up then! These guys know how to hit the dance floor! I topped the night off with Ashley and his boys in the garden whilst they enjoyed cigars, something of a tradition for them and his mates couldn’t help themselves but give him a friendly throw in the air to finish things off!
