Some of my favourite Wedding images from 2016
Well, 2016, weren’t you a blast!? I’ve continued the trend of increasing my weddings this year and have broken my record again in 2016. I can honestly say that every single one has been unique, beautiful and a just a joy to shoot.
A few things have happened this year to friends, to loved ones, to clients that have made me consider what I do and led me to believe even more, what a powerful thing photography is. Photographs matter because the people in them matter – at the core of the images I take are real people, living real stories. They love, change, laugh, cry, win and loose. What I can do is capture the truth of their story and those images will matter infinitely to the incredible people I have the privilege of photographing. And I really do consider it a privilege.
So while 2017 is looking even busier and promises to be another stellar year for me, I’d really like to say a great big thank you to all my glorious couples – past and future – who invite me in to be a part of the biggest day of their lives and trust me to tell their story through my eyes.
For me, capturing love will never get old.
