Lauren & Michael, a Romantic Barn Wedding with Marble and Gold leaf Wedding Cake at Blake Hall, Ongar
Oh I do so love a Blake Hall wedding, and Lauren & Michael’s glorious day was no exception! Michael opted to have his morning covered at the pub where lots of other guests had gathered for pre-drinks and Lauren and her girls made the most of the beautiful cottage in the grounds of Blake Hall to get ready in. They had a wonderful ceremony in the barn before heading out to the lawn for their drinks reception. The weather was glorious (with the best skies – I do enjoy a good fluffy cloud day!) and we got to make the most of Blake Hall’s stunning gardens! After dinner there was the most amazing evening light during the magic golden hour and the newlyweds were more than up for a few more portraits in the field on the driveway – perfection!
