Elegant, White and Green, Diy, Village Hall wedding
I met Emily and Stephen last Autumn in Shoreditch for a Pre-Wedding Shoot, which, they quite frankly rocked and after chatting with them about their plans, I knew their wedding promised to be not only a stylishly cool affair, but also unique and personal due to all the things they were doing themselves. The morning of the wedding, Emily and her Maid of Honour, Charlotte were prepping in a quaint little cottage a few miles from the church and we found Stephen at the local pub along with most of the guests! After the ceremony, in a very pretty church everyone walked to the village hall to start the party. Emily had a very simple colour pallette and did her own bouquet and flowers with lots of gorgeous greenery. The decor in the hall reflected this with simple white drapes, trees and greenery in bottles on the tables. It really was quite perfect. Aside from that, this lot really knew how to party and were up dancing before they’d even sat down to eat! The live music really was fabulous and after a hilarious set of speeches, they were all up on the dance floor, I doubt wild horses would’ve stopped them! So, here they are, a very pretty set of images, thanks to Emily’s wonderful styling but also I think they convey what lovely, fun people Emily and Stephen are – they are certainly loved a great deal by their family and friends and are clearly very much in love with each other! Congratulations Mr & Mrs Wright, you sure threw a hell of a wedding!
